ADULT FITNESS CLASSES

If you are planning to attend a class for the first time, please call HDP at 469-814-9468 to make sure the class or classes you want are still available.

Adults:

  • Unlimited classes,  $45 mo.
  • 1 class per week,   $25 mo.
  • 2 classes per week, $35 mo.
  • Drop in,   $10 a class

  

 

Pretty much the most awesome workout ever. Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it.  Take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective?  Check.  Super fun?  Check and check.

POP Pilates

POP Pilates is a total body, equipment-free workout done to music that sculpts a rock solid core and a lean dancer's body like nothing else can.   If you want to feel great inside-out while listening and sweating to great music, POP Pilates with Puneeta is where you want to be.

Courtney Jones, Certified Personal Trainer with Josh Jones Fitness, offers personal and partner fitness training, as well as nutrition and overall wellness coaching.

Josh Jones Fitness' mission is to help clients meet and exceed their fitness goals.  No client is the same, so each client will be taken through personalized workouts that progress along with their fitness abilities.  Fitness and nutrition go hand in hand and our nutrition coaching helps ensure that clients not only receive great workouts but know the proper fuel to help best achieve their desired results.

Individual Personal Training Rates-all session packages are sold in one month increments

  • 1 x a week, 55 min. session    $60.00/session    
  • 2 x a week, 55 min. session    $55.00/session
  • 3 x a week, 55 min. session    $50.00/session

Partner/Group Personal Training Rates-all session packages are sold in one month increments

  • 1 x a week, 2 or 3 people, 55 min. session    $90.00/session
  • 2 x a week, 2 or 3 people, 55 min. session    $90.00/session
  • 3 x a week, 2 or 3 people, 55 min. session    $90.00/session

Nutrition Coaching-all coaching packages are sold in one or 2 month increments

  • My Fitness Pal monitoring and feedback        $125.00/per month

**Additional nutrition coaching options are available, upon request.**

Cash, Check, and Credit Card payments are accepted.  A 3% processing fee will be assessed to all credit card transactions.
